This opportunity is ideal for experienced HLTAs, confident Cover Supervisors, or Teaching Assistants who are ready to progress into a more autonomous classroom role. We offer daily and short term assignments, providing flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work in supportive primary schools across Chatham, Rainham, Gillingham, Rochester, and Strood.

About the Role and Key Responsibilities

As a Cover Supervisor working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons or learning activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils are inspired to achieve their best. Flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for education are key to success in this role.
