Location: Battersea Salary: £48,000 ⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

We are looking for a skilled HIU Engineer to join a top FM service provider, maintaining and repairing equipment across a high-end residential property in South West London. This role offers long-term stability, career progression, and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities: Service and repair Heat Interface Units (HIUs) Maintenance and repair of HIU (Heat Interface Units) and FCU (Fan Coil Units). Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently. Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works. Ensuring all work is carried out to high standards and in line with health and safety regulations. Work on low pressure/low temperature installations Maintain Fan Coil Units (FCUs) & Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems 🔹Commission HIUs and replace meters Carry out pipework repairs and minor electrical work within HIUs Attend callouts when required
