Your Role While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Proactively diagnosing and seeking to fix system problems when servicing assigned products and equipment, ensuring that customer satisfaction is met at all times Striving to provide services that meet customer needs in the most cost effective manner Conducting scheduled and preventative maintenance services on assigned equipment and products Working collaboratively and cohesively with other internal departments, regarding ongoing issues that arise from servicing, ensuring that these are resolved as quickly as possible and in conjunction with the relevant teams when needed Ensuring that strong communication with customers is upheld at all times, including discovering their needs, listening to requests and keeping them up to date with progress on servicing regularly Utilising all tools at your disposal, including technology, software, physical equipment, blueprints and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair faults Maintaining servicing tools and equipment used, to ensure these are in a working condition for when they are required as part of the role You MUST Have:
