Hire Sales Executive Location: St Albans Salary: £30,000 + Bonus On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £43,500 for top performers Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30–17:30 (40 hours) 2 x Saturdays a month (8:00-13:00) Are you a natural communicator who enjoys helping customers? Do you have experience in sales or phone-based roles? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. We're looking for a Hire Sales Executive to join a leading equipment hire company, based within one of our partner builder's merchant branches. This isn't furniture sales — you'll be the trusted expert helping contractors and tradespeople find the right tools and machinery to get the job done efficiently. What the role involves: Assisting walk-in customers and contractors with their equipment hire needs
Recommending suitable tools and machinery from a trusted hire range
Offering expert advice to support customers' projects
Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
Contributing to branch targets through a helpful, consultative sales approach
What we're looking for: Sales experience in phone-based roles, retail, tool hire, or similar customer-facing environments
