The Role As a Hire Desk Controller, youll be at the heart of the depot the first point of contact for many of our customers and a key link between our teams on the ground. Building strong relationships is central to this role. Youll manage the full hire process, from taking enquiries and processing orders through to coordinating delivery and collection. Youll work closely with drivers, engineers and stock teams to make sure customers receive the right equipment, on time, every time.
