Highways Maintenance Manager Sandford, North Somerset £50,000 £60,000 per annum (DOE) Car allowance (£3,600) or company vehicle Permanent | Full-time (40 hours, MondayFriday) The Role We are recruiting an experienced Highways Maintenance Manager to lead a large-scale highways operation delivering cyclical and reactive maintenance services on behalf of a local authority. Based in Sandford and reporting at senior leadership level, you will have full accountability for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of a highways maintenance contract covering winter maintenance, gully cleansing, drainage, carriageway repairs, and 24/7 emergency response. This is a high-impact role suited to a proven highways professional who can maintain exceptional service standards while also driving continuous improvement, commercial growth, and value-for-money delivery .
