Job Title: Highways Inspector

Location: East London, UK

Salary: Up to £43,000 dependent on experience

My client are a lead company working on the management and maintenance of a significant contract dealing with one of the busiest roads within London.

They are looking for an experienced Highways Inspector with at least one years experience in a similar role to join the team in their London office.

Key Responsibilities:
·Carry out inspections on the highways to ensure standards are maintained
·Raise any defects using data capture devices
·Monitor work undertaken by contractors to ensure they are aligned with safety legislation
·Provide guidance for stakeholders and customers and respond to any complaints
·Liaise with public utility companies to discuss programmes of works
·Visit site and review traffic management plans
·Inspect site for major project preparation, including measurements

Requirements:
·A minimum of one years experience as a qualified Highways Inspector
·NRSWA Supervisor ticket
·Full UK drivers license
·Effective interpersonal and communication skills

·A salary of up to £32,000 dependent on experience
