The Role:
My client is looking for an experienced and driven professional to manage and oversee the delivery of a diverse range of traffic, active travel, public realm, and highway engineering projects in the UK. You'll provide technical leadership and project management support across multidisciplinary projects for new and existing clients, developing and maintaining strong client relationships within the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
·Leading the delivery of traffic, active travel, public realm, and highway/infrastructure engineering projects from concept through to detailed design. ·Acting as Project Director and Project Manager, monitoring financial performance and key performance indicators. ·Reviewing and approving technical designs, drawings, and reports, ensuring compliance with project briefs and UK/regional standards. ·Providing leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to engineers and designers, supporting team skills and professional development. ·Driving innovation and continuous improvement in design processes, staying up to date with best practice and emerging technologies. ·Developing and maintaining sound client relationships, identifying and realising new commerc...
