About the Role As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our teachers to deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the needs of our pupils—helping to maximise their achievement, independence, and confidence. This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified HLTA who is passionate about education and motivated to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with complex and varied needs, including autism and associated learning differences.
