We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Hemel Hempstead on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role: Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
Delivering pre-planned lessons and leading whole class sessions when required
Running targeted intervention groups to support pupil progress
Working closely with class teachers to plan and prepare engaging learning activities
Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: HLTA status or equivalent experience
Previous experience working within a primary school setting
