Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding part-time role in an Outstanding primary school? The school is seeking a confident and enthusiastic HLTA to support teaching and learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver planned lessons, cover classes when required, and provide targeted support to pupils to help them reach their full potential. This role is ideal for an HLTA who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being a key part of a collaborative school team.

The leadership team is supportive and approachable, with a strong focus on staff wellbeing and professional respect. Pupils are engaged, well-behaved, and eager to learn, creating a positive and purposeful learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

• Provide high-quality classroom and intervention support

• Cover classes in the absence of the class teacher

• Support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience

• Has recent experience in a UK primary school

• Is confident working across multiple key stages

• Is proactive, flexible, and passionate about primary education
