HLTA - Classroom Support & SEND Focus**

Aspire People are recruiting an experienced **HLTA** to support within a primary school, with a focus on **supporting pupils with additional needs alongside general classroom responsibilities**.

This is a varied role combining whole-class support, small-group work, and SEND provision.

**The Role:** * Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom * Delivering small-group sessions and occasional whole-class teaching * Supporting pupils with SEND within a mainstream setting * Adapting learning materials to meet individual needs * Supporting behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation * Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCO

**The Ideal Candidate:** * HLTA status or significant experience at HLTA level * Recent experience within a UK primary school * Experience supporting pupils with SEND (ASD, SEMH, etc.) * Calm, patient, and adaptable approach * Strong communication and teamwork skills
