Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - PPA Cover & Whole Class Teaching**

Aspire People are recruiting a confident and experienced **HLTA** to support across a primary school, delivering **PPA cover and whole class teaching**.

This role is ideal for a HLTA who is comfortable leading lessons independently and supporting across different year groups.

**The Role:** * Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 for PPA cover * Leading whole-class teaching in the absence of the class teacher * Supporting pupil learning across the full primary curriculum * Managing classroom behaviour effectively and confidently * Providing feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress * Supporting general classroom activities when not covering lessons

**The Ideal Candidate:** * HLTA status or significant equivalent experience * Recent experience working within a UK primary school * Confident delivering lessons across multiple year groups * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills * Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly
