Reeson Education is working closely with a client Primary School in Battersea, SW11, who are looking to appoint a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team for September on a full time basis.
🏫 The Role:
This is a flexible and rewarding HLTA position covering classes across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will be working closely with teaching staff to deliver lessons, support groups and occasionally cover full classes. This role is ideal for someone with strong curriculum knowledge and a proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
✨ What the School is Looking For:
An experienced TA with extensive school based experience, a HLTA, or an teacher looking for a less demanding role
Strong classroom management
Excellent knowledge of the Primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
A flexible and adaptable team player
Someone able to hit the ground running and make a positive impact
A confident communicator, able to lead a class when required

HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Right to work in the UK
Strong references supporting classroom experience and safeguarding
