£100 - £130 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a well-regarded school in the Leighton Buzzard area. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting both teaching and learning, helping to create a positive and engaging educational experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with class teachers to plan and deliver lessons, providing targeted support to individuals and small groups. Assist in developing and adapting learning resources to address the diverse needs of students, in line with the school’s curriculum objectives. Support the assessment of student progress by providing constructive feedback to pupils and teachers, and contribute to the implementation of strategies for improvement. Foster and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment by applying the school’s behaviour management policies consistently.
