This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified HLTA who is passionate about supporting primary education and delivering high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
This flexible supply role is ideal for professionals who enjoy variety and are confident leading whole-class teaching.
The Role As a HLTA providing PPA cover, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 Lead whole-class teaching during teachers' PPA time Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils Maintain positive behaviour in line with school policies Support pupils' academic progress and wellbeing Provide clear feedback to class teachers on pupil progress Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders Qualifications & Experience Required HLTA qualification or equivalent Level 4 qualification (essential) Proven experience working within a primary school setting Experience leading whole-class teaching Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills Strong communication and organisational skills A flexible, proactive, and professional approach Safeguarding & Compliance Enhanced DBS check (registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply) Right to work in the UK Ability to meet safeguarding and recruitment compliance standards Safeguarding Statement Simply Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
