Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in KS1 and KS2 under the guidance of qualified teachers.
• Provide targeted interventions and small group support to raise attainment.
• Lead classroom activities and manage behaviour in line with school policy.
• Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to create inclusive learning environments.
• Contribute to planning, assessment, and reporting as required.
Requirements • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience working at a similar level.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confidence to lead whole-class teaching in teacher absence.
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Right to work in the UK and a valid DBS certificate (or willingness to apply).
