Bridge Farm Primary School is looking for a committed, proactive and nurturing Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will help deliver engaging learning experiences, support whole‑class delivery, assess pupil progress and contribute to a thriving school culture where every child is encouraged to achieve their very best.

About You
* Brings energy, empathy and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
* Has strong communication skills and can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
* Demonstrates confidence in delivering agreed learning activities and supporting whole‑class teaching
* Be able to plan and implement effective actions for pupils at risk of underachieving
* Has expereince of contributing to pupil reviews and reports
* Has experience of applying a range of strategies to support pupils in the classroom with the minimum of supervision
* Has the HLTA qualification (or equivalent) and a good understanding of classroom practice
* Believes in inclusion and is committed to helping every child succeed
