This is a full time long term position supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs. \n\nAbout the Role \n\nFull time long term HLTA position in a primary school\nWorking 1:1 with pupils with SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, speech & language needs, and social difficulties\nSupporting learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation\nDelivering small interventions and occasionally covering classes\nWorking closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and external professionals\nHelping to create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environmentWere Looking For \n\nHLTA qualification or strong experience covering classes\nProven experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs\nConfident working 1:1 and adapting learning to meet individual needs\nStrong behaviour skills and a calm, patient approach\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities\nA genuine passion for supporting children with SENThis School \n\nSupportive leadership and SEN team\nInclusive ethos with excellent resources\nOpportunities for ongoing training and development\nEasily accessible from across South West LondonIf you are a committed HLTA with strong SEN experience and a passion for helping children thrive, we would love to hear from you
