Recruit A Driver are looking for an experienced HGV Hiab Driver to join a timber merchant client in Halifax. This is a flexible role, ideal for drivers who want ad-hoc shifts and the opportunity to work around your lifestyle , while supporting the client with holiday and sickness cover for their large fleet.
The Role Operate HGV vehicles with Hiab cranes safely and efficiently

Deliver timber and other goods to commercial and private customers

Complete between 4 and 8 drops per shift , depending on delivery locations

Start times typically between 06:00 07:00 AM

Ad-hoc shifts available Monday to Friday , depending on demand

Requirements Valid HGV UK licence (held for at least 12 months)

Recent HGV driving experience ( within the last 612 months )
