Inspect, service, and repair trailers to ensure optimal safety and functionality
Complete all compliance documentation accurately and efficiently as a HGV Trailer Technician
Diagnose faults with EBS systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE
Conduct welding and repair work as required
Follow all health and safety guidelines within the workshop environment
Participate in ongoing training including IRTEC, tail lift, BPW, and SAF axle/brake systems
Provide excellent customer service while adhering to tight deadlinesRequirements as a HGV Trailer Technician:

Proven experience as a Trailer Technician or HGV Technician in the Automotive or Transport Industry
Industry recognised qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ
Desirable: HGV Class 1 driving licence
EBS diagnostics experience with systems like Knorr Bremse, Haldex, and WABCO
Welding certification advantageous
