HGV Technician/Mobile HGV Technician

Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a new role with a fantastic growing company? Based in Watford

Our client is expanding rapidly and are looking for new staff to join their team and grow with them.

You will be responsible for maintenance and repair work on a range of vehicles, including vans and LGV/7.5‑ton trucks.

* Monday – Friday

* Salary between £45,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience and location

* Yearly bonus available as well

* Company van provided

Responsibilities:

* Servicing and routine maintenance

* Defect diagnosis and repairs

* Safety inspections

* MOT preparation and presentation

* Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults

* Maintenance in our Hertfordshire workshop, using state of the art equipment

* Mobile work at customer sites using our fully equipped service vans

Qualifications:

* Must have a City & Guilds 1,2 & 3 Certificates or equivalent qualifications or be Time Served within the industry

* Experience working on vans and LGV vehicles

* 7.5 tonne driving license preferred but not essential

* Basic knowledge of computers and ability to complete relevant written documentation.

* Good organisational skills and ability to be able to prioritise workloads to meet deadline
