Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect a wide range of LGV/HGV and Light Commercial vehicles to VOSA MOT standards, diagnosing and rectifying faults.
- Assist with operational demands as required.
- Maintain current product knowledge and attend training courses as needed.
- Ensure all vehicles are handled carefully in line with current health and safety policies.
- Liaise with the parts department to obtain necessary parts.
- Attend breakdowns and provide roadside assistance during the season.
- Drive and motivate workshop staff to maintain high standards.

Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Communication: Excellent communication skills at all levels towards colleagues and clients.
- Knowledge/Expertise: National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) and Driver CPC qualification. Experience with low loaders is highly desirable.
- Innovation: Ability to organise work on own initiative and work under pressure. Experience with welding, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
- Business Impact: Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude. Ability to work as part of a team. Reasonable standard of computer literacy.

Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
- Lead and motivate workshop staff to achieve high standards.
