Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year
Hours: 39 hours per week

Pay Rates:

Monday to Friday – £18.36 per hour
Saturday/Sunday – £20.19 per hourWe are currently seeking an experienced HGV Mechanic to join our team in Ayr. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a reputable company, maintaining and repairing a range of heavy goods vehicles to high safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HGV vehicles
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety and compliance standards
Work efficiently to minimise vehicle downtimeRequirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Previous experience working with HGV vehicles
Strong commitment to quality and safety
Full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable)What We Offer:
