Key Responsibilities of the HGV Technician
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on buses and coaches Conduct servicing, 28-day and preventative maintenance inspections Assist in MOT preparation following DVSA Guide to Roadworthiness and company standards Maintain passenger vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance Undertake continuous training including IRTEC, Health & Safety, and PSV-specific standards Requirements of the HGV Technician
Minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent City & Guilds Level 1 & 2) Flexible approach to working hours Driving licence required Experience on buses or coaches desirable Ability to gain or hold PCV licenceIf you are interested in the position of HGV Technician, then please apply today
