We are looking for a qualified full time HGV , LGV mechanic for our workshop based in Bonnybridge, with previous experience as a mechanic or similar role. you will have a strong knowledge of automotive systems and components and be proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment. You will have excellent problem solving skills with strong attention to details.

Our ideal candidate will

* Have a good technical knowledge * be fully competent at carrying out periodic safety inspections to all HGV's and LGV's to DVSA standards * complete the appropriate paperwork accurately * ensure all relevant legislation and health and safety procedures are adhered to * maintain a safe and clean working area * have the ability to work with minimum supervision * Have good communication, organisation and team working skills * Have a good understanding of health and safety * Be able to work flexibly and to deadlines * Have a full UK Driving License * high standards and a commitment to accuracy

you will be able to

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment * diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues * conduct inspections and identify potential problems * repair or replace faulty components * Maintain accurate records of all work performed
