Onsite is part of the South Staffordshire Group a 3,000-strong organisation behind South Staffs Water, Cambridge Water, and several leading utility support businesses offering long-term development and career progression. We are looking for an experienced HGV Jetting Operative to join our operational team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of on-site services while leading and supporting operational crews. You will take ownership of jobs from preparation through to completion, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to the required standard, while maintaining excellent client service and driving productivity and profitability. The Role: Lead and deliver on-site operations safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Review job packs, risk assessments, and method statements prior to work Ensure all vehicles, equipment, and PPE are compliant and fit for purpose Drive and take responsibility for company HGV vehicles (Class 1 or Class 2) Carry out dynamic risk assessments and lead toolbox talks on site Supervise and allocate work to crews, driving productivity and quality Maintain clear communication with Supervisors, teams, and customers Complete all job documentation, checklists, and customer paperwork Take ownership of on-site health & safety and report incidents promptly Support, train, and mentor team members What you ll nee...
