We’re currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work with XPO in Aylesbury. With a range of shift patterns available, you can choose work that fits around your lifestyle – whether that’s full-time, part-time, or weekends only. Immediate starts and ongoing work available.

Pay Rates

• Days:£20.12 per hour
• Nights: £21.34 per hour
• Weekends: £23.77 – £29.87 per hour
• All rates are PAYE, with holiday pay accrued separately

The Role

You’ll be delivering dairy products on behalf of a major food distribution operation. This includes a mix of depot-to-depot and store deliveries to well-known retailers.

• Typically 4–5 drops per shift
• Manual handling required at delivery points
• Full induction and training provided so you can hit the ground running

Shift Information

• Start times: 00:01–05:00 and 13:00–22:00
• Shift length: 10–12 hours
• Operation runs 7 days a week – flexible patterns available

What You’ll Need

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Minimum 6 months’ recent HGV driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
