We are also proud of our commitment to our clients and delivering work at a very high standard which is allowing us to build an expanding client base and expand our fleet and personnel.We are looking to recruit an experienced HGV Driver/Operators both Class 1 and 2 to carry out activities across our diverse range of operations including heavy plant haulage, tanker operations (both waste and potable water) and general maintenance within the waste sector.The successful applicant, depending on experience could be expected to work away for haulage work but will also be servicing contracts across our existing client base including Heathrow Airport Ltd and various other clients in London and surrounding areas. As such must be able to attain an airside pass.Please note this position cannot consider overseas applications.Tomato Plant Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.Job benefits include:A full-time position with the option of overtime. Full uniform and PPE equipment provided Regular training Competitive rates of pay Basic hours 5 x 10-hour shifts Monday Friday 07:00 to 17:00 day shift or 20.00 to 06.00 night shift and some weekday and weekend overtime may be required.Must be flexible with hours to work both days/nights and be \"on call\".Experience of operating vehicles within one or more of the activity divisions.Available to work on a day and night shift rota basis.CSCS card preferred but not essential.Applicant must be able to pass a CRC check to work at LHR Airport.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
