Our new rates of pay and benefits apply from 1 January 2026. Our starting rate of pay is £14.10 per hour (40 hours per week + enhanced overtime rate) Once you are fully trained and have passed your probationary period you will earn £14.54 per hour (40 hours per week + enhanced overtime rate) When you achieve your performance KPIs in full you will earn up to basic £15.26 per hour (40 hours per week + enhanced overtime rate) All roles have the benefit of 23 days + 8 statutory holidays per year, a holiday buy and sell scheme, holidays increasing to 33 days per annum with service, life Insurance, health care cash plan with private GP service and employee assistance once you have passed your probationary period, plus a retail discount programme, social events and treat days.
