Platinum People are recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver in Millside
Location: Millside Depot
Rate: £165 per day
Job Type: Full-Time / Ongoing Work
We are recruiting a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our highways team working across the Cumbria road network. Monday-Friday 07:00 start. Usually 8-9 hours daily.
Working in a two-person crew, you’ll respond to highway defects including potholes and carriageway repairs, operating a Class 2 vehicle while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Requirements HGV Class 2 Driver
-Valid HGV 2 Licence
-Digi Card
-CPC Card
Rates HGV Class 2 Driver
-£165 per day (CIS) or Umbrella

-Ongoing work across the Cumbria highways network
-Work as part of a reliable reactive maintenance team
Successful applicants must attend a full-day induction (paid), including health & safety briefing and mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
