Key Responsibilities: Drive HGV Class 2 Refuse Lorry: Operate a HGV Class 2 refuse lorry, ensuring all driving is conducted safely and efficiently in accordance with UK road laws and regulations. Navigate various terrains, includingrural and built-up areas, with care and precision. Maintain a clean and organised vehicle, conducting daily checks to ensure roadworthiness. Assist Loaders: Collaborate with and support loaders during certain rounds to ensure efficient and timely waste collection. Assist in loading and unloading bins, ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed. Route Management: Plan and execute collection routes to optimise efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
