We have an excellent opportunity for a temp-to-perm Class 2 Driver to join a well-established company specialising in the delivery of paper goods. This role is ideal for newly qualified drivers or experienced HGV drivers seeking a positive change in their current role. About this Class 2 position: 12 week temp to perm Monday to Friday Start time between 5:00am- 6:00am (8- 10-hour shifts) Up to 18 drops Delivering paper goods to printing companies in the south coast area Driving a class 2 vehicle in which you will be required to operate a tail lift and use ratchet straps to secure loads Use pump truck to move palletised goods (some handballing involved) What we require from you: Full UK Class 2 licence with valid CPC and Digi Tacho card Previous multidrop experience is beneficial for this position Happy with manual handling and heavy lifting Previous experience driving a Class 2 vehicle preferred, however newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply Flexible and willing to work overtime if required Fantastic customer service and communication skills Great time keeping Own transport to commute to and from work Benefits of this role:
