Join a leading logistics company offering guaranteed 48-hour weeks, competitive pay up to £24.00 per hour including overtime, and clear progression from temporary to permanent roles.Turbo Driving is proud to be partnering with a leading logistics company to recruit reliable Class 2 HGV (C) Home Delivery Drivers for immediate starts in Trafford Park.This role is 70% heavy lifting and 30% Driving.Pay Rates:Monday to Friday £16.00 per hourSaturday Overtime £24.00 per hour£750 Quarterly performance bonusThe Role:Monday to Friday, Saturdays available for overtime at an enhanced rate04:00 06:00 startsGuaranteed 48 hours per weekTwo-person team deliveriesHeavy lifting (up to 25kg)Delivering to houses, flats, building sitesDeliver to room of choiceUse of sack barrow and stair climberAbide by driving rules and regulationsFollow company policies and proceduresDrive a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficientlyThe Candidate:Hold a valid UK Category C (Class 2) licenceHave a minimum of 3 months experience driving Class 2 vehiclesHold a valid UK Digital Tachograph CardHold a valid UK CPC CardMust have the legal right to work in the UKHave a clear DBS check (we will complete this with you)Pass drug and alcohol testAble to lift up to 25kg and work in a physically demanding environmentExcellent customer service skillsGood communication skillsWork well as part of a teamApplication Process:4 hour assessment (Drug and alcohol test, Theory test and driving assessment)DBS check complete1 week paid company induction when completeJBRP1_UKTJ
