HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver – WolverhamptonPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our well-established client based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a driver of a LGV Class 2 HIAB, Category C HIAB or a Lorry-mounted Crane.Shifts:  •  Monday – Friday   •  Start times between 05:00 and 07:00Rates of Pay:  •  £16.00 - £19.00 per hour Benefits:As a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will receive:  •  Ongoing, long-term position with a leading logistics provider   •  Competitive rates of pay   •  Weekly pay   •  Ongoing support throughout your assignmentDay-to-Day Duties:As a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to): Safely operating a Category C vehicle with a HIAB/lorry-mounted crane for loading and unloading goodsDeliver goods to various locations, ensuring safe handling and timely deliveryConduct pre and post operations checks on the vehicle and equipmentMaintain accurate delivery records and ensure compliance with all regulationsProvide excellent customer service during deliveriesEnsure the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained liaise with dealership with serviceAdhere to health and safety guidelines and transport regulations Essential Skills:As a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will need to: Hold a valid UK Category C Licence Hold a valid HIAB/lorry mounted crane qualification No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card Must be able to speak and read a good level of English Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations Effective communication skills Training:  •  Training provided as and when required   •  Ongoing industry-related training and ongoing supportApply:If you are ready to take on this opportunity, apply today or contact our recruitment team for more information.People Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment processJBRP1_UKTJ
