Shift Pattern : Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday Start Time: AM 04:00 - 08:00 / PM 11:00 - 13:00 Pay Rates (PAYE): Weekday Drivers (5 of 7, 4 of 7 non-weekend rota) Basic = £17.53 per hour Weekend Premium (x1.25) = £21.91 this is paid between 00:01 Saturday - 23:59 Sunday Overtime (x1.33) = £23.31 5 of 7 is over 42.5 hours and 4 of 7 is 42 hours Bank Holiday (x1.50) = £26.29 Cage Bonus = £3000 annually / 52 = £57.69 / 5-day week = £11.53 this is to be paid per shift worked. Weekend Drivers (Fixed Friday - Monday rota) Basic = £19.27 per hour Weekend Premium = Not entitled due to enhanced basic rate. Overtime (x1.33) = £25.62 to be paid after 42 hours Bank Holiday (x1.50) = £28.90 Cage Bonus = £3000 annually / 52 = £57.69 / 5-day week = £11.53 this is to be paid per shift worked. Your Time at Work As a Class 2 driver, your role will involve delivering to smaller stores, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time while adhering to strict health and safety procedures.
