HGV Class 2 Driver – Coalville, East MidlandsPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver – Coalville, East Midlands to join our well-established client based in Coalville, East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress. This role would also be suitable for candidates with experience as a Class 2 Driver, HGV Driver, LGV Driver, Multi Drop Driver, or Delivery Driver.Shifts • Monday to Friday  • 06:00 – 15:00Rates of Pay • £15.75 per hourBenefitsAs a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will receive: • Excellent hourly rates  • Ongoing work  • Weekly pay  • Training provided  • Immediate startsDay-to-Day DutiesAs a HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • RDC or brewery deliveries with no handball (curtain-side trailers)  • Operating and driving Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner  • Carrying out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections  • Ensuring all cargo is loaded and secured correctly  • Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations  • Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers  • Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance issues  • Assisting with loading and unloading when required  • Heavy lifting involvedEssential SkillsTo be considered for this role, you will need: • Hold a valid UK Category C Licence  • Minimum of 12 months experience driving Category C vehicles  • No more than six penalty points for minor infringements (no major endorsements)  • Valid UK CPC Card and Digi Card  • Good level of English (spoken and written)  • Punctual with excellent timekeeping skills  • Good understanding of traffic laws and regulations  • Effective communication skills  • Physically fit due to the nature of the roleDesirable Experience • Experience driving commercial vehicles  • Previous multi-drop delivery experienceTraining Provided • Industry-related training and ongoing supportApply • If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please apply with your CV or contact our team for more informationPeople Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.JBRP1_UKTJ
