Class 2 Driver 2-Man Deliveries | Long-Term Work | Darlington Driver Hire Darlington is recruiting a Class 2 (Cat C) driver for ongoing, long-term supply work with a well-established client based in Darlington . This role involves 2-man deliveries , early morning starts, and heavy lifting , making it ideal for drivers who enjoy physical, hands-on work and being part of a team.
Youll be working alongside a drivers mate, completing multi-drop deliveries to customer premises, so a strong work ethic and professional attitude are essential.
The Role: Driving a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle
Working as part of a 2-man delivery team
Early morning starts
Multi-drop delivery work
Heavy manual handling as part of the delivery process
Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
Providing a friendly, professional service to customers
What Were Looking For: Full UK driving licence with Category C (Class 2) entitlement
Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Strong awareness of road safety and compliance
