HGV Class 2 Driver | Upton | £38,000 OTE

Are you a confident HGV Class 2 Driver & Salesperson who enjoys building strong customer relationships while being out on the road?

This role offers a secure basic salary, a guaranteed subsistence allowance, and uncapped commission on sales. With a fixed weekly route, you will see the same customers regularly, allowing you to build rapport and drive consistent sales.

This HGV Class 2 Driver position is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and a mix of driving and customer-facing sales.

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will benefit from:

* Average subsistence allowance of £4,126.92 per annum
* 1% commission on all sales taken directly from the lorry, calculated pre-VAT
* Fixed weekly routes, allowing you to build long-term customer relationships
* Structured working pattern of two weeks Monday to Thursday, followed by one week Sunday to Thursday
* Two-week Christmas shutdown
* Job security with guaranteed basic pay and subsistence, regardless of sales performance.

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, your responsibilities will include:

* Driving a Class 2 vehicle to a set weekly route of regular customers
* Selling products directly from the lorry to existing customers
* Building strong, long-term customer relationships to maximise repeat business
* Managing orders, payments, and basic sales administration
* Representing the business professionally at all customer sites.

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, your experience will include:

* Holding a valid HGV Class 2 licence
* Previous experience in a driving role with customer interaction
* Confidence in upselling and identifying sales opportunities
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* A reliable, self-motivated approach to work.
