Jobstore is currently recruiting Class 2 Drivers to join our well-established client in the Bury area on a Permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity offering competitive rates of £14.50 per hour, with time-and-a-quarter overtime after 40 hours and excellent potential for career progression. You will be working Monday - Friday, delivering across the North West region. Day to Day Duties Your duties as a Class 2 Driver will involve but not be limited to: Operate and drive various Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations Pick and pack items from the vehicle and handball goods on customer site Unloading and sorting orders onsite Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Fork lift experience an advantage Duties will involve some tail lift deliveries Essential Skills As a Class 2 Driver you will need to: Hold a valid UK Class 2 Licence No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes Have a valid UK CPC...
