* *Standard Rate:* £13.30 per hour
* *Mon–Fri Overtime:* *£19.95 per hour* (Earned after 10 hours daily)
* *Saturday Rate:* *£19.95 per hour* (All hours worked)
* *Sunday & Bank Holiday:* *£26.60 per hour* (Double Time!)
* *Attendance Bonus:* *£1,040 per year* (£20/week) for full attendance.
* *Tax Efficiency:* Mobile worker allowance (up to £0.225/hr tax relief).
Pay Increase Notice: From April 6th 2026, there will be an 8.27% pay increase, which brings the base rate to £14.40 per hour.
All overtime rates (Mon–Fri, Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays) will also increase in line with the new April 2026 uplift.
*The Role*
Operating out of our strategic sites in the South East, you will be the face of *TJ Waste & Recycling*. You’ll be driving *Skip Loader* vehicles, ensuring safe delivery and collection while adhering to high health and safety standards.
* *The Mission:* Help us achieve our goal of recycling 100% of the waste we receive.
* *The Schedule:* 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime available to boost your pay.
*What You Need*
* *Licence:* Category C (Class 2) is essential.
* *CPC:* Valid Driver CPC & Digi Tacho card.
* *Experience:* 1 year driving goods vehicles (preferred).
* *Bonus Skills:* Previous Skip or Hook Loader experience is highly desirable!
* *Reliability:* A professional attitude toward safety and company procedures
