Apply today to work as an HGV Class 2 Driver for our client's major bakery and distribution centre, producing and delivering a wide range of bread and bakery products to retailers and customers across the region.

The rate of pay is £15.15 per hour.

This role offers both full and part-time roles .

You will work on either 2 on 2 off or 4 on 4 off.

2am start
- finish depends on the drops.

Your Time at Work As a HGV Class 2 Driver your duties include:
- Drive and deliver bakery products safely to scheduled locations.

- Load and unload goods, ensuring secure transport.

- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain communication with the transport office.

Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will be physically fit, with the ability to lift and move bakery products and trays (up to 25kg), and be comfortable with manual handling during loading/unloading.

Applicants will be capable of working early morning shifts (starting at 2:00am).

Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Driver CPC Qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card Skills & Key Attributes:
- Safe Driving Skills
- Ability to operate HGV Class 2 vehicles responsibly, following road safety and company regulations.

- Time Management
- Punctual and able to meet strict delivery schedules, especially with early morning starts.

- Attention to Detail
- Accurate completion of delivery paperwork and adherence to route plans.

- Communication Skills
- Clear interaction with the transport office and customers to resolve queries or report issues.
