IMMEDIATE STARTS FOR CE DRIVERS - ONGOING YEAR ROUND WORK

StaffCo Direct have the pleasure of recruiting for one of the leading logistic companies in the Bristol area. We have ongoing, all year round work available.

The Role

  • CE store deliveries
  • Weekly rotas 5 on 3 off rota
  • 1 - 4 drops Store Deliveries - Pallets/Cages - Unload to Tail lift or safe place.
  • Handball involved
  • Deliveries local and Nationwide
  • 8 - 12 hrs
  • Starts between 02:30 - 06:00am
  • 3 day Assmt/Induction which includes a D & A test. Paid for passes.

The pay rates for the role of LGV1 driver are:

  • Mon to Fri AM £17.50 PM £18.50 Plus Holiday pay
  • Sat £20:00 & Sun £21.00 plus holiday pay
  • Holiday pay can be paid weekly or accured

As an experienced LGV1 driver, you will ideally have

  • 2 yrs HGV driving experience
  • No more than 6 points
  • Digi card and DCPC

What We Require:

  • Driving CE: 2 yrs UK experience required
  • Driver CPC/ tacho (required)
  • Hardworking
  • Good Timekeeping
  • Well-presented
  • Good level of English

The ideal candidate will also have great communication skills, very safety conscious, be able to make decisions under pressure, organised, flexible and reliable with the ability to successfully monitor their own working hours and breaks while keeping all other driving aspects within the law.
