Job Description

Were looking for a experienced Class 1 Night Driver inAvonmouth. This is an ongoing opportunity driving articulated curtain-sided vehicles.
Pay Rates
  • Monday to Friday: £18.92 per hour
  • Saturday: £28.38 per hour
  • Sunday: £37.84 per hour
Duties Include
  • Operating Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely and in line with legal and company standards.
  • Night trunk run to London
  • Performing vehicle safety checks before and after each shift, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Keeping accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and incidents.
  • Liaising with customers and the transport team to ensure smooth operations.
What Were Looking For
  • A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar Class 1 driving role.
  • Good understanding of UK driving laws and drivers hours regulations.
  • A professional, safety-conscious approach to work.
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team.
  • Solid knowledge of UK road networks and route planning.
