Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit Class 1 Drivers on behalf of our client to join their team as a full time driver in Bedford. Hours of work: Tuesday - Saturday Sunday - Thursday Tramping available Varied start times Long term/ ongoing work Store deliveries Cages Pay: Days - £19.50per hour Weekends - £22.25 per hour £25 per night out All rates include holiday pay Duties/Responsibilities: Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift Essential Skills: Good communication skills. Good customer relations. Have a safe driving record. Hold a valid HGV 1 / Cat CE licence. No more than 6 minor penalty points. No DRs, INs or DDs offence codes due to insurance stipulations.
