HGV Class 1 (C+E) Container Drivers – Widnes – £21.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Container Drivers on behalf of our client based in Widnes. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers seeking consistent agency work with competitive pay and reliable start times.

Job Details:

* Location: Widnes

* Start Time: 18:00

* Pay Rate: £21.00 per hour

* Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Role Responsibilities:

* Transporting containers to and from ports and customer sites

* Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring load security

* Completing delivery paperwork accurately

* Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism

Requirements:

* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence

* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

* Previous container experience (ports / docks knowledge advantageous)

* No more than 6 penalty points (no DR/DD/IN endorsements)

* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
