Overview: Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting Class 1 Drivers on behalf of our well-established client in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing or ad-hoc work, supporting a busy transport operation and playing a key role in ensuring safe and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow all company procedures and transport regulations

*

Manage working time in line with tachograph rules

*

Complete daily vehicle checks

*

Carry out deliveries safely and on schedule

*

Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

*

Valid UK HGV 1 (CE) licence, held for at least 2 years

*

Minimum 180 days Class 1 driving experience in the UK within the last 2 years

*

No more than 6 penalty points (no DR or IN endorsements)

*

Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph (DQC)

*

Good knowledge of driver hours & regulations

*

Experience with refrigerated units (preferred, not essential)
