Our client based near Chippenham, is food distributor and are looking for HGV Class 1 drivers. Shifts include both days and nights with weekend work also available. Due to the nature of the business, drivers will be conscientious drivers, professional and represent the company to the best of their ability. Pay rates range from £16.30per hour up to £21.60per hour (paye only) Shifts start between 17:00 & 21:00 on nights. Average 10hrs per shift Monday to Sunday operation Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting Vehicle are clean and well maintained Secure loads and ensure safe to travel due to the nature of the product Delivery to RDC's and DC's - mostly unloaded but on occasion you will need to unload yourself on to the goods in area using an electric pallet truck.
