This position would be ideal for candidates looking for a role as a LGV Class 1 Driver / Truck Driver / CE Driver. Shifts: Wednesday to Sunday: 22:00 to 02:00 start times Rates of Pay: Monday to Friday – £18.00 per hour Saturday – £21.00 per hour Sunday – £22.00 per hour Benefits: Your benefits as a HGV Class 1 Driver will be: Ongoing work Weekly pay Site canteen Immediate starts available Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties: As a HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include (but not be limited to): Driving Category CE vehicles safely and efficiently Depot-to-depot trunking (no handball) Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensuring all cargo is loaded, transported, and secured safely Adhering to traffic laws, company policies, and delivery schedules Completing all necessary paperwork accurately Essential Skills: To be successful as a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need: A valid UK Category CE Driving Licence Minimum of twelve months' experience driving Category CE vehicles No more than six penalty points (minor infringements only) A valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card Good spoken and written English Desirable Experience: Previous commercial driving experience Training Provided: Drivers must pass a driving assessment prior to starting Industry-related training and ongoing support provided throughout Apply: If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more.
