HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known and established general haulage business based in Alfreton. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (CAT C) Drivers to join the team.
Location: Alfreton, DE55 Job Type: Ongoing work / Temp to Perm opportunities available
Pay Rates:
£14.00 £15.00 per hour

£25 Night Out Allowance (applicable to night out / tramper drivers)

Shift Patterns & Start Times:
Start times available from 03:00 onwards

Day work available

Optional nights out / tramping (fully flexible and driver choice)

Full-time and part-time work available

The Role:
General haulage deliveries

Operating curtainsider vehicles

Nationwide deliveries and collections

Minimal handball involved

Occasional use of pallet truck and tail lift

Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time

Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (CAT C) licence

Minimum 1 year driving experience required

Maximum 6 points for minor offences only

Valid CPC and Digi Card

Good understanding of driver hours and regulations

Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work
